Rose Kehinde

Rose Kehinde is an empowerment speaker, certified life coach, certified grief counselor, and education specialist. She spends her time teaching, empowering, and coaching others to live to their highest potential and best version of themselves. She believes that everyone has a purpose and it takes tapping into the confidence within to nurture and bring forth that purpose. All it takes is just a little guidance to restore your confidence in yourself, revisit your goals, refresh your strategies, reclaim your time so you can invest more in yourself, and rehab your mindset.

As human beings, we have so many experiences which include various types of losses and it can be overwhelming trying to navigate through the process of healing. Rose has a passion to help people get to a place of healing, this passion led her to become a certified grief counselor and start her private practice. She believes that trusting the process of grief is easier when we have someone walking alongside us. She is also a tireless advocate for mental health equity and a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

Rose is a Certified Life Coach with New Skills Academy and a Certified Grief Counselor with the American Academy of Grief Counselors. She holds a Psychology degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, has completed the Master Mind Study of John Maxwell’s The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, and is also certified as mental health first aider.
